Integrative psychotherapy

Integrative psychotherapy is where the therapist holds a holistic understanding of the client and their problems and believes that no one theoretical model gives all the understanding needed.  They then draw on particular elements of different therapy models to address this individual’s   specific difficulties in such a way as to meet their needs.
